As always, mum vouchers can be purchased from any member of the junior class. Vouchers are sold until September 6th and need to be redeemed between September 12th and 15th!

We're ready for our first full week of school! Along with sport practice, meetings for our clubs and activities (being a part of the play, FFA, etc.) occur this week during seminar. Speak with your student(s) about getting involved!

The new high school yearbook staff went through the inventory today and has many old yearbooks for sale. If you are interested in any that are listed below, please reach out to adviser Halie Luken at hluken@usd256.net. Books that are five years old or older are $10 and the others will have prices listed after:

Miss Luken here! Don't forget tomorrow night at Open House I'll be set up outside my room with calendars, yearbooks, and even scrapbooks!
Yearbooks from the 2023-2024 school can be picked up and/or purchased for $40! You can also preorder a yearbook for the 2024-2025 school year for $30.
The scrapbooks are ones that still need to be picked up but can also put your name in for this year.
And the calendars are $15!
The calendars are back! Thank to Miss Luken, the yearbook staff has another calendar to sell that includes photos from last year (including the Photo of the Year and a couple of Miss Luken's favorites), sports, activities, etc.! They will be for sale at Open House next week from 5p-8p and are $15!

Yearbooks:
-Elementary can be purchased in EL Office, $15
-JH & HS books can be picked up and purchased outside Miss Luken's room (107). Books for the new year can be preordered for $30
Coach Mickunas took a bunch of kids to the Chiefs training camp today for their hard work and attendance in summer workouts. They had a great day and a great summer in the weight room. Keep up the good work
Summer school kiddos went on a trip to Union Station today to visit 100 years of Disney and they had a great time
Booster club meeting Aug 12th 5 pm in the High School Library. Anyone who would like to be a member is welcome to attend.

Here's the info for the Summer Weights rewards trip THIS Friday! Again, this is only for those students who met the attendance requirement and have been notified by Coach Mickunas. Congrats and have fun!
Junior High and High School Cross Country, Football, and Volleyball practices start on Monday August 19th. Make sure that you have your physical forms turned into the high school office on or before the start date. Anyone who has not turned in their physical will not be allowed to practice.
