The 8th Grade Class visited Fort Scott Community College this morning! A reminder that this trip is just one of the handful of trips Mrs. Lawson takes with each grade (8-11) to different institutions to expose them to the possibilities after graduation.
Starting with the one and only Mrs. Shadden, Miss Luken's Graphic Design MTSS will start posting Staff Spotlights! They will begin with covering all certified staff then move to classified! Great work and design students!

The Marmaton Valley Drama Department has you covered! "Wage Warfare" is about three women who will do what they must to impress their boss in order to get a promotion! Show begins at 7pm in the Old Gym. Tickets are $5. See you there!

MVHS KAY Club held their 7th Annual Trick-Or-Treat-So-They-Can-Eat Event. The students collected over 900 items and $105 to all be donated to Hope Unlimited. THANK YOU MORAN COMMUNITY! A special thank you to our drivers for volunteering your time to help us.
Fall High School Athletic Banquet will be held in the commons on Nov 10th at 6pm. This will be all High School Athletes that participated in Cross Country, Football and Volleyball. There will be food and or snacks. Hope to see you all there.

Eight Drama Club members traveled to Emporia State University' s fall musical "Little Shop of Horrors" today! They had a great time and even heard from 2020 MV graduate Rachel Shaffer who plays Audrey II!

Thursday 10/26/2023 at 6:00 pm your TRL Champion Marmaton Valley Wildcats take on the Rural Vista Heat in round one of the KSHSAA 8-man DII playoffs.
Kickoff is at 6:00 pm, tickets are normal price $4 adults and $2 students. Passes will be allowed and Marmaton Valley Students and ALL military vets will get in FREE.

The junior high team celebrated the end of their season this past Saturday! They enjoyed bowling and Dairy Queen! Coach Mills wants to thank the families that bowled with them and those that sponsored the event to help with costs!

After Game - 5th Quarter at the United Methodist Church (for students only)
